Pressure on the quadriceps tendon improves proprioceptive performance and thus reinforces muscular support of the knee joint
Open the Velcro strip.
Position the bandage below the kneecap.
Pull the Velcro strip tight once again.
Indications
- Patellar tendinitis (Jumper's Knee)
- Pain associated with patello femoral malalignment
- Mild instabilities of the knee joint
Contraindications
- Diseases or injuries of the skin in the area of use, especially with inflammatory symptoms (excessive warming, swelling or reddening)
- Sensitivity and perfusion disorders of the legs (e.g. in the case of diabetes)
- Lymph outflow disorders, as well as undiagnosed swellings of soft tissues, apart from the area of use
