The support is ready to use. No measuring, cutting, padding and tying as with the traditional tubular support.
Pull the upper part of the device over your head in such a way that the belts rest on the shoulders.
Now pull the belts under your armpits into the corresponding loops and Velcro-fasten them tightly.
