Indications
  • C0s Functional disorders: heaviness, pain, pruritus, impatience, feeling of edema in the evening
  • C1 Telangiectasias or reticular varices
  • C2 Truncular varices constituted> 3mm
Contraindications
  • In the following cases, you should not wear a medical compression device - following the recommendations of the HAS (Haute Autorité de Santé):
  • Absolute contraindications
  • Arteriopathy obliterans of the lower limbs (PADI) with systolic pressure index (IPS) <0.6
  • Advanced diabetic microangiopathy (for compression> 30 mmHg)
  • Phlegmatia coerulea dolens (painful blue phlebitis with arterial compression)
  • Septic thrombosis
  • Relative contraindications
  • Weeping or eczematized dermatosis
  • Intolerance to fibers or hold-ups used
  • If the IPS is between 0.6 and 0.9, a regular reassessment of the benefit / risk ratio is necessary
  • Advanced peripheral neuropathy
